• Child profile data: Name, age, gender, and interests you provide to create stories. This data is used solely to generate the story.
• Photos (Premium only): If you upload a photo, it is used only to inspire the story's character illustration and is never used to train AI models.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics such as which features are used, to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate personalized stories for your child.
• To maintain your account and story library.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

TinyHero is designed for parents, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All child data is entered by a parent or guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your child's profile, individual stories, or your entire account at any time from your dashboard. Upon account deletion, all associated data including photos is permanently removed within 30 days.

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
