By accessing or using Tiny Hero, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
1. Description of the Service
Tiny Hero provides a digital service that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized children's stories and illustrations based on information provided by the user. The platform may generate: • Personalized bedtime stories • AI-generated illustrations • Characters inspired by user input • Story scenarios based on prompts All content is generated automatically by artificial intelligence systems. The service is intended for entertainment and creative storytelling purposes only.
2. AI Generated Content Disclaimer
Tiny Hero uses artificial intelligence to generate stories and images. Artificial intelligence systems may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results. Therefore: • We do not guarantee that generated content will always be accurate, appropriate, or perfectly tailored • Users must review the generated content before sharing it with children • Stories and images should not be interpreted as educational, psychological, medical, or professional advice Tiny Hero is a creative tool and not a professional service.
3. Image and Character Similarity Disclaimer
Users may upload a photo of a child to generate a character inspired by that image. However: • The generated character may not resemble the child exactly • Facial features, colors, proportions, or expressions may differ • The result is an AI interpretation, not an exact portrait Tiny Hero does not guarantee visual similarity or likeness.
4. Child Safety and Parental Responsibility
Tiny Hero is designed for parents or guardians. The service is not intended for unsupervised use by children. Parents and guardians are responsible for: • Reviewing generated stories • Supervising how the content is shared with children • Ensuring that uploaded images are used appropriately
5. User Responsibilities
By using Tiny Hero, users confirm that: • They have the right to upload any images or information they provide • If uploading a child's photo, they are the parent, guardian, or authorized to use the image • They will not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content Tiny Hero does not verify ownership of uploaded content.
6. AI Processing and Third-Party Infrastructure
To generate stories and illustrations, user inputs may be processed by artificial intelligence systems. This may include: • Text prompts • Story preferences • Uploaded images Processing may occur through secure third-party AI infrastructure used solely for content generation.
7. Content Moderation
Tiny Hero may use automated filters and safeguards to encourage safe and positive content. However, due to the nature of AI technology: • Outputs cannot be guaranteed to always be perfect • Users should review generated content before use
8. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, design, branding, and software belong to Tiny Hero. The stories and PDF files generated are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print the PDFs for your children or as gifts. Users may not reproduce, sell, or distribute platform technology without permission.
9. Payments and Digital Services
While currently free during the Beta period, any future transactions will be processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Due to the digital nature of generated content, purchases may not be refundable once the AI generation process has started. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
9a. Service Availability
During the Beta period, TinyHero offers unlimited story generation and PDF downloads at no cost. TinyHero reserves the right to limit usage or introduce paid tiers in the future. We will provide advance notice before any transition to a paid model.
9b. User Content (Photos)
If you use the photo-upload feature, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo, and that you have full legal authority to use this image for AI-generated content. We use the photo only for AI generation and do not store it permanently or use it for AI training.
10. Privacy and Data Use
Tiny Hero respects user privacy. User inputs such as prompts, preferences, and uploaded images may be temporarily processed in order to generate stories and illustrations. 11. Data Retention
Uploaded content and generated data may be temporarily stored to enable story generation and system functionality. Tiny Hero may periodically delete or anonymize stored data.
12. Service Availability
Tiny Hero may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.
13. Limitation of Liability
Tiny Hero and its operators are not liable for: • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content • Interpretation of generated stories • Resemblance of characters to real persons • Emotional or behavioral outcomes related to stories • Technical interruptions or system errors Use of the service is entirely at the user's own risk.
14. AI Transparency
Tiny Hero clearly informs users that stories and illustrations are generated using artificial intelligence. Generated content is synthetic and automatically created.
15. Updates to the Terms
Tiny Hero may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
