Beta Period
All services are currently provided free of charge during the Beta period; therefore, no refunds are applicable at this time. Enjoy unlimited story creation and PDF downloads at no cost.
Future Purchases
Once TinyHero transitions to a paid model ($14.99 per story), refunds will generally not be issued for digital products (PDFs and generated stories) once the AI generation process has started. This is due to the immediate consumption of AI resources upon initiating story generation.
Exceptional Cases
In the event of a technical failure where a paid story or PDF fails to generate or download, a full refund or credit will be provided upon contacting us at support@tiny-hero.app. We are committed to ensuring every family gets the story they paid for.
